Tournament this evening taking 3 out of four championships and 1
second. I was very proud of the great play, positive attitude and
the dedication to the team in our victory. Here are the final scores:
Division I Singles: Bradley Johnson defeated Will Apperson of
Ballard 6-2, 6-2
Division II Singles: Justin Westlund defeated Alden Ludwick of
Trinity 6-2, 6-4
Division I Doubles: Colby Buchanan and Brett Johnson finished in 2nd
place to Erik Daus and Nicolas Reyes of Trinity 4-6, 1-6
Division II Doubles: Logan Rose and Michael Perry defeated Spencer
Walsh and Kyle Bohnert of Trinity 6-0, 6-3
Logan Rose was the brightest star in the match against Manual High School this past week in the boys tennis universe winning his match 6-3, 6-0. Colby Buchanan and Michael Perry each won the first sets against their opponents but ended up losing in three sets. Justin Westlund and Logan Rose in first doubles and Alex Eisenmann and Alex Glasser in second doubles dropped two sets in defeat.
