The Knights took on a small scrappy Renaissance Academy team. Barstow came flying out of the gates with a 12-0 lead to see it dwindle away within minutes.  The Knights battled and battled with a lead the whole game until the last 2minutes where they found themselves down 5. With a three pointer by senior Corey Wacknov, the lead was cut to 2.  The ensuing possession, saw the Warriors hit 1 out of 2 free throws.  A huge 3 point field goal by Shane Rudman put the game into overtime. Barstow jumped out to a 4 point lead and had some key defensive stops to close the game out with a 63-57 victory. The Knights were led by freshman Lawrence Brown with 20 points. Corey Wacknov added a huge 19 points. The Knights are back in action Friday evening (Jan 16th) @ conference foe Maranatha.
