Four teams with 3-1 records clash to decide which of them will join the ranks of the elite.

Atholton (3-1) at Reservoir (3-1)
Time:
7 p.m.
Outlook: The visiting Raiders are led by RB Kelechi Odocha, whose squad has won two straight games.

Two weeks ago, the Raiders won, 17-6, over Howard, the team which handed Reservoir its loss last week, 14-7.

But this is a game that is swiftly becoming a rivalry, with many of the Gators' players being aquainted with those from a program seperated by a mere 10 minute drive.

Prior to last week, the Gators had scored 42 points twice, and 26 points, once, including a season-opening 42-14 rout of Long Reach.

Both teams are at 3-1 in Howard County League play.

Marriotts Ridge (3-1) at Howard (3-1)
Time:
7 p.m.
Outlook: Visiting Sr. QB Kevin Seker, WR Kyle Williams (6-3, 180), RB Vince Testerman (6-0, 215) and the rest of the Mustangs bounced back from a loss to Wilde Lake with last week's 50-26 rout of Oakland Mills.

The Mustangs (3-1), of coach Ken Hovet, appear well-equipped to far surpass last year's 1-9 season.

The homestanding Lions (also 3-1 league) already have surpassed their 2-8 records of the last two seasons, led by RB AJ Bonavitacola (four TDs) and RB Dionte Jones (three TDs).

Lions' QB Jeff Kalski has thrown for four TDs and rushed for another and WR Jeff Javier and WR Taylor Landrum have each caught two TD passes.
