Marcus Holman scored twice and had four assists, Davey Emala had four goals and an assist, Jack Doyle had a goal and two assists, Cooper Brown scored twice, and Evan Redwood and Duncan Hutchins each had a goal and an assist as top-ranked Gilman edged Archbishop Spalding, 12-10, in Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association action on Tuesday.
Greg McBride scored once, and Ty Kimball and Nick Nolan each contributed assists for the Greyhounds, who improved to 8-0 in the league, and, 15-0 overall but had to overcome deficits of 7-5 at halftime, as well as another late in the fourth quarter.
