Everybody knows that the AFC is far superior then the NFC.

But at least some team other then the New York Giants could be representing the NFC in this year's Super Bowl.

I know they earned their shot at the mighty Patriots by advancing through the playoffs and beating every team they faced on the road fair and square.

But lets be real. A month and a half ago the fans and media in New York were ready to run coach Tom Coughlin and quarterback Eli Manning off the team. I can't even begin to count the amount of times I heard an ESPN analyst talk about how bad Manning was.

Not to mention, in my opinion, they aren't even the best team in their respective division (though they did beat Dallas, who I still think is better and I am not even a Cowboys fan).

And I know that many will say the Super Bowl will probably be a good game because of the way the Giants played the Patriots the final game of the regular season.

I say, "No way."

I see New England winning by at least two touchdowns.

I would much rather see Brett Favre try to win one more title or get all the story lines that go along with any game the Cowboys play in.

And I know what you are thinking, I must be a fan of some NFC team that was beaten by the Giants along the way on their path to playoff glory.

Well you are half right, I am a fan of the lowly New York Jets, who the Giants beat in Week 5, 35-24.
