Bel Air's 145-pound Khalid Epps took Perryville's Mike Gambas for a ride during their bout on Saturday...
...and brought him down for the pin at 5:40 of their bout. The Bobcats won the dual meet, 72-9.
Steve Cross (119), Zach Keller (135) and Joe McFillin (285) pinned twice, and Mike Miller (112) had a pin and a major decision as Bel Air routed Perryville, 72-9, and, Elkton, 70-9, on Saturday.
Although Elkton was short a few wrestlers due to sickness, the Bobcats' Justin Cole battled tough at 171 pounds opposite the Golden Elks' Travis Bullock, who was in control for most of the match.
Cole kept it close enough to score an escape, then a takedown to bring him with in two at 8-6 in the third period.
But Bullock escaped and scored another takedown for an 11-6 decision.
Against Perryville, 140-pound Pete Miljevic tossed the Bobcats' Justin Lorber to his back.
But Lorber was able to not only fight off of his own back, but to reverse Miljevic onto his back. Miljevic was able to sustain control enough to counter Lorber for the pin.
At 145, Bel Air's Khalid Epps built a 13-2 lead over Mike Gambas before pinning him.
