The Sabres will play Friends School tomorrow in the quarterfinals of the B Conference tournament.

| Saints Peter and Paul won a hard fought 1-0 decision over Key School on Tuesday in Easton. The victory qualified the Sabres as the third team from Division I of the B conference to make the MIAA tournament. In the half, John Kaestner scored a goal with 10 minutes left for the only score. Both teams had opportunities to score but neither was able to capitalize. Saints Peter and Paul's goalkeepers Micah Steinmiller and John Paul Pellerin combined for 10 saves to preserve the first shutout of the season for the Sabres. Key's keeper Jacob Maldonaldo also played well in goal. Seth Whaley and Grant Harrison anchored the defense for the Sabres to help maintain the shutout. The Sabres record now stands at 4-13 and 3-11 in the B conference. The Obezags finished their season 5-12-3 overall and 2-10-2 in conference. The Sabres advance to play at Friends School on tomorrow in the quarterfinal round. |
