Eleanor Roosevelt head coach Rod Hairston has built a girls basketball program that has been dominant state-wide. That dominance culminated this year as he and the program won its fifth consecutive 4A state title, with a 67-39 victory over Blake High School. Hairston has a combined overall win-loss record of 117-12 over the course of his five state-title seasons.
