Elizabeth Seton High School will host its 16th Spring Auction titled, "Lights, Camera! Auction!" on Saturday April 25th at 6 pm at the high school. Seton's annual event will feature both live and silent auctions, a full sit down dinner, raffles and an open bar.
This year's auction will celebrate the successful completion of Seton's Capital Campaign, which enabled the school to build and recently open its new $6 million Center for Sports and Fine Arts. Seton will also be honoring top donors and recognizing the Capital Campaign committee.
Seton's auction brings together graduates, parents and friends to celebrate and support Elizabeth Seton High School. Striving to raise $45,000 at the event, Institutional Advancement Director Maureen McCart and the rest of the Seton Community are expecting 200 guests to contribute to and help reach this goal. Funds raised for the auction go to tuition assistance, curriculum development, technology upgrades and renovations to the school. As the school approaches its 50th year anniversary, Seton's administration and community have hopeful plans to make this year's Auction one of the best yet.
Seton's online auction began March 23rd and will run until April 22nd. There are a host of available items ranging from wine tastings and invisilign braces, to hot air balloon rides and a free week at Seton's Summer Sports Camp. Seton's online auction can be viewed at www.setonhs.dojiggy.com. Those interested can also purchase tickets, register auction items, and bid on auction items at the site.
