Early season tournaments are about learning to play under pressure and against tough competition. Teams from the Mid-State Conference learned those lessons the hard way Saturday in the Spring Preview Invitational at the Legends course in Franklin. Three league squads participated in the 22 team field and the best finish belonged to Greenwood in 17th. The Woodmen shot a total of 350. Franklin was 19th and Decatur Central 22nd against some of the state’s best teams.
