The Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Association has released its fifth girls tennis poll of the 2008 season, and the news this week is the stability of the Top 11 carrying over from last week’s poll.
The first five schools – Park Tudor, Munster, Carmel, Jasper, Zionsville – all remain unchanged, with Indianapolis Cathedral bumping up one spot from seventh to sixth. Center Grove’s, last week’s No. 6, now resides in a tie for seventh with Brebeuf (eight a week ago), while Terre Haute South, Columbus North, and Terre Haute North do not stray from Nos. 9-11.
Got all that? Good. Remember, girls tennis sectionals get under way May 15 – THAT’S BARELY OVER A WEEK, PEOPLE!!! But we digress …
