Wall 3, Timber Creek 0: Senior righty Anthony Cinelli threw a complete-game two-hit shutout, striking out five and walking none while throwing 60 strikes out of 89 total pitches to put the Crimson Knights (21-7) into the Group III final, where they will face perennial power Old Tappan, for the first time since 2004.

Mark Pellecchia had a single and a run scored and outfielder Andrew Nowell had a hit, an RBI sacrifice fly and a run scored for Wall.

Non-Public South A final
At Mercer County Park, Field No. 1

(4) CBA 5, (7) Gloucester Catholic 4: A fly ball off the bat of CBA junior third baseman Dan Avella was dropped by the left fielder with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to allow two runs to score, including junior Anthony Cirillo who came around from first to score the game-winning run. Reliever Mike Rossi pitched one scoreless inning to get his first varsity win and Avella hit a key RBI single that helped cut the Rams' lead to 4-3 in the fifth inning. The Colts will now face nationally-ranked Don Bosco Prep (32-0) on Saturday in the Non-Public A final after winning their first sectional title since 2005.

Junior ace Pat Light remained unbeaten via a no-decision after allowing four runs on eight hits in six innings for CBA.

Non-Public South B final
At Mercer County Park, Field No. 2

(1) St. Rose 4, (3) Bishop Eustace 1: Senior Casey Cannon (7-1) pitched a complete-game three-hitter and junior catcher Scott Cebulski had a pair of hits, including a two-run double while filling in for injured starter Derek Peterson, to give the Purple Roses (26-2) their first sectional title since 2005.

St. Rose will face St. Mary's (Rutherford) in the Non-Public B final on Saturday.
