COACH OF THE YEAR
Ryan Eichner, Red Bank Catholic
The Caseys took a major leap in 2008 by following up a 9-7 campaign in 2007 with a 15-3 record and set new standards for the program. Eichner, who started RBC's boys lacrosse program in 2004, guided the Caseys to a three-way tie for the Shore Conference Class A Central title. It was just one of several firsts for the Caseys, which also included their first Shore Conference Tournament victory and first NJSIAA state tournament win. The Caseys advanced all the way to the SCT final before falling to CBA and have three DigitalSports All-Shore first-team players.
