OIA Red East ยป Fifth-ranked Farrington showed it can beat teams at all aspects of the game.

Apelu Sooalu rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns; Drake Miller returned a kickoff 83 yards for a score; and the Governors defense allowed two first downs and 36 total yards in a 36-0 victory over McKinley last night at Ticky Vasconcellos Stadium.

Miller also caught a 39-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Dayton Kealoha and the Governors (4-1, 3-0 Oahu Interscholastic Association Red East) blocked a punt for a safety as they excelled in all phases of the game.

"It was a total team win," Farrington coach Randall Okimoto said. "I was happy with every phase -- offense, defense, special teams."
