This week the ILH had a two day meet with everyone participating: boys, girls, intermediates, JV and Varsity. This type of meet is a lot of fun because instead of the 4 event limit per meet, each athlete can do 4 events each day. This allows athletes to try events that they may not normally get a chance at.

This week the Intermediate Championship trials will be held on Thursday at Punahou, 3:30pm. The Championship finals will be held on Saturday, 8:30am at Punahou. A JV/Varsity meet will follow the Intermediate Championships.
