All athletes that intend on participating in a Fall Sport must have a completed sports participation packet on file with the Athletic Director, Mr. Fant before they can participate in any capacity with the team. These packets can be picked up in the main office. The entire packet must be filled out and returned prior to your participation. YOU ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO GET THE PACKET FILLED OUT AND RETURNED REGARDLESS OF THE SPORT OR SEASON IN WHICH YOU PLAY. PHYSICALS ARE VALID FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR. GET YOUR PHYSICALS OVER THE SUMMER AND YOU ARE CLEAR FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.
