Students who are planning to play a Spring sport need to have a sports physical completed and dated after May 1, 2008. If you do not have one you need to get your physicals done ASAP. You can download the form from the POLYTECH web site. If you need the Wellness Center to do your physical, please stop in and schedule this week.
