Our next voluntary workout will be Wednesday 7/23 at 6pm @ Valley Green. We will meet on the Lafayette Hill side of the trail. The address is 9601 Germantown Ave Philadelphia, PA 19118. Ill be standing on the street corner so that everyone can see me. We also have another run Thursday at 6pm @ Rose Tree Park. Take the Route 1 Media Bypass to 252 and the course is on your right past the Sunoco gas station Hope to see you all there!
