Edward Kelley III – Chairman

Former principal and one of the original two (2) persons (with his mentor James Hindman), launching Jiffy Lube International, one of the world’s largest franchise companies. Held key positions including VP Operations; President of World Wide Development; CFO; Executive VP; COO; and Board member. Principal and Advisor to Emerging Growth Companies. Seventeen years coaching at Youth through College levels; served on Youth Boards and for Booster Clubs.

W Gar Richlin

Mr. Richlin has spent most of his career working with emerging growth companies. Prior to starting Richlin/Dale LLC in August of 2005 with Jim Dale, from 2001 to 2005 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Advertising.com, the leading performance-based provider of marketing solutions for interactive advertisers and publishers. Advertising.com, a venture-backed company, was purchased by AOL in August of 2004 for $435 million.

Before joining Advertising.com, Mr. Richlin was from 1998 to 2001 the COO and CFO of SITEL Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange global provider of outsourced call-center services to large corporations. Gar joined SITEL from Alex. Brown & Sons, where he was head of investment banking from 1991 to 1998. During that period, Alex. Brown was the leading investment banking firm to merging growth companies. Prior to joining Alex. Brown, he was a partner of Piper & Marbury, the predecessor firm to DLA Piper, where he worked primarily with emerging growth companies.

Mr. Richlin received his BA (with honors) from Wesleyan University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.

Mark Stavish

Dr. Stavish is President and General Manager of Evergreen Partners, a unique consulting and venture capital firm that specializes in helping people and organizations realize their goals.

Prior to creating Evergreen Partners, Dr. Stavish served as America Online’s (AOL) Executive Vice President of Human Resources from February 1995 through December 2002. Dr. Stavish was responsible for ensuring AOL’s Human Resource, Facilities and Security Operations supported the Company’s business strategy and direction. During his tenure, AOL accomplished stunning business growth, with revenues leaping from $100 Million to $9 Billion.

Dr. Stavish serves as a Director on the following for-profit Boards: Lowers & Associates, Inc.; Digital Sports, Inc.; Copyboy Publications, Inc.; and HumanR, Inc. In addition Mark is a Director on the following nonprofit Boards: INOVA Loudoun Healthcare, Inc.; INOVA Health Systems; Crossways International, Inc.; Every Orphan’s Hope; Loudoun Community Health Center; and the Virginia High School League Foundation. He is a past Chairman of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
