Q. What is LeagueMinder?
LeagueMinder is an interactive athletic management tool. It allows you to schedule games, create and exchange contracts and eligibility forms, and manage your department from anywhere via the web. It reduces paperwork, saves time, and simplifies your life.

Q. Do I need to download or install anything?
LeagueMinder is web-based -- everything is available to you -- all you need is a PC or MAC with an Internet connection. However, you should make sure that you have an up-to-date Internet browser. Please see below for a list of approved browsers and the links to download them for free. Also, some of our reports are generated as an Adobe PDF file. Please make sure you have the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader ( click here to download Adobe Acrobat ) to view these reports properly.
Q. What do we mean by interactive scheduling?
Unlike other scheduling tools which only allow you to input your school's schedule, LeagueMinder allows schools to schedule together. Users can act as the chairperson and input the entire league's schedule for a sport. In addition, notifications are sent to opposing schools notifying them that their schedule has been updated. In effect, every school works off the same master schedule.
Q. Can I use LeagueMinder anywhere?
Absolutely. You can use LeagueMinder anywhere
that has a computer and an Internet connection. Just log on
to DigitalSports.LeagueMinder.com and submit your login name and password.
Q. Does LeagueMinder work on MAC's and PC's?
Yes. Because it is a web-based program, LeagueMinder
works with either platform.
Q. Will my information be secure?
Absolutely*. LeagueMinder's servers are
protected by a state-of-the-art firewall security appliance.
In addition, our servers are housed in a highly secured datacenter
with card-key & fingerprint scanner access, 24hr Closed
Circuit TV monitoring, fire suppression system, redundant, uninterrupted
power sources, and its own diesel backup generator.
LeagueMinder uses SSL encryption for data security on sensitive information in LeagueMinder. This includes referee information, student information, and registration information. We use QuickSSL from GeoTrust, one of the world's largest providers of SSL encryption. You may be familiar with SSL technology, since you may see a familiar padlock in the status bar of your Internet browser and the "https" prefix in the address bar. Please note that only web pages containing sensitive information are encrypted in LeagueMinder, and basic pages (with schedule information, for example) are not encrypted.
SSL allows sensitive data to pass back and forth over the Internet with 128-bit encryption, the strongest encryption rate currently available that is in widespread usage. Click on the icon below to learn more about our SSL certificate.
Q. Do I need to keep a back-up copy of my schedule?
No*. LeagueMinder backs up our entire
database twice daily to two remote servers.

Everything. New members are given a 30 day free trial of the service. With it, you have the full functionality and benefits of a LeagueMinder member. Please contact us at anytime with concerns or questions.
Q. If I put data in during a Free Trial Period will this be lost when I sign up?
Absolutely not!!! Your data is safe regardless of your account status
Q. How long does the trial last?
The trial period is 30 days.
Q. How do I sign up for the service after the trial has expired?
LeagueMinder will contact you about becoming a member before the trial expires. If your trial expires and you would like to join the LeagueMinder community, please call or
e-mail us.
Q. How do I join?
It's easy. Go to our free trial page, and click on the role that best suits you. LeagueMinder will then contact you with a
login name and initial password.
Q. Can LeagueMinder be used if other schools in
my league haven't joined yet?
YES! As a stand alone service, LeagueMinder is
the premier athletic management tool available. Even if the
rest of your league hasn't joined LeagueMinder yet, you can
still manage your schedule, eligibility forms, and contracts
from anywhere, at anytime.
The system will still create contracts and eligibility
forms, but you will have to print and exchange them with other
schools that are not on the system. As schools join the system
they will automatically be added to your network. As membership
grows, so will your ability to harness the power of the LeagueMinder
community.
Q. I'm not sure how to do something on the site
(schedule games, view eligibility forms, change password, etc.),
where do I get help?
Visit our help section by clicking on the "Help"
link in the menu box after you have logged into LeagueMinder. If you cannot

Q. How do I pay for LeagueMinder?
You pay once annually by check or credit card.

Q. Are there any fees that I am unaware of?
No. The yearly fee entitles you to full LeagueMinder
benefits. There are no additional costs.
Q. Will I end up on mailing lists because I joined
LeagueMinder?
No, you won't. We will not sell your personal
information, or the information of your students. To view LeagueMinder's

Q. Can my secretary or assistant use the program?
Only if you give them access. If you make your
login name and password available, you can allow others to login
to the system. Otherwise, the only person with access to your
schedule, etc., will be you.
Q. I didn't find the answer to my question here,
what should I do?

as how to postpone a game, view a contract, etc.) then try our
