Full Schedule Management

You can use LeagueMinder to manage everything associated with any of your events, including facility availability, special instructions, transportation arrangements, early dismissal times, reminders, etc.. LeagueMinder also enables complete league-wide schedule management, allowing you to create and confirm sporting schedules for an entire league. And LeagueMinder provides a full calendar-like view of your schedule, giving you a comprehensive view of your school's athletic event schedules at-a-glance for the day, week, or month.

Schedule Copying

Creating your schedules gets easier and easier once you begin using LeagueMinder. If you have several schedules that are similar to each other - for example, Varsity Track and JV Track or Boys Basketball and Girls Basketball - you can create multiple variations of one schedule in mere seconds. Or, if your schedules don't change from year to year, you can recreate your entire year's schedules for the next year in just a few minutes.

Reports

LeagueMinder offers a variety of reports, such as sports, transportation, early dismissal, and facility schedules, that can be be filtered to show specific information and is delivered in a print-ready format.

Contracts

If your school exchanges gaming contracts, officiating contracts, or student eligibility contracts with your opponents, LeagueMinder automatically generates the contracts for you. You can print out contracts for all of your games once your schedule is finalized, or let your opponents print them out themselves if they are also LeagueMinder users.

Eligibility / Rosters / Awards

With LeagueMinder, you can manage the athletic eligibility of your student athletes with a few clicks of your mouse. Once your rosters are completed, you can print team awards and certificates to reward your student athletes for their participation.

Messaging and E-mail notifications

LeagueMinder has an internal messaging system that allows everyone associated with an event (including opposing Athletic Directors, officials, and assignors) to be kept informed when changes are made to a schedule. In addition, LeagueMinder allows you to send external e-mails that will automatically inform specific individuals if an event is changed.

Blackout Dates

LeagueMinder allows you to designate dates that you, your school, a facility, or one of your teams is unavailable in order to prevent events from being scheduled.

Contacts

LeagueMinder quickly lists your personal and business contacts, such as the other Athletic Directors in your conference, Facility Contacts, and Transportation Contacts, to allow you to quickly obtain phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.

Assignors & Officials

LeagueMinder is the only athletic scheduling product on the market that allows you to integrate your Officials and Assignors with your school's athletic schedules. Once a schedule is complete, you can manage the officiating assignments for your games with a few clicks of the mouse.

Middle Schools
