HADEN SPORTS & PERFORMANCE
Off-season training is very important for improving speed, strength, agility and explosion. Joe Haden, founder of “Haden Sports & Performance” has 20+ years of experience in training the best local high school and collegiate talent, and has partnered with MDYF to provide group training sessions year-round to all youth athletes.

Performance Enhancement / High Intensity Training
It is a high intensity workout that combines plyometrics, multi-muscle, directional, planes, and speed exercises.
It trains the central nervous system to perform all of these functions at the same time.
It gives the athlete more endurance, makes them much faster, cut quicker, stronger and more injury resistant.
It helps the athlete to make quicker decisions during game situations.
It is a cerebral workout as well as a physical workout.
