February 5, 2007 – Steve Chapin joins DigitalSports Board of Directors. Mr. Chapin has started and run successful entrepreneurial businesses most of his life; receiving 6 patents to date. He is currently owner of JARS Residential Properties, which owns and manages nearly 1500 apartments throughout the Southeast. In 1996, based on his fourth patent, he founded LifeMinders, an internet database infrastructure company. He grew the business to 21 million users, taking it public in 1999. The company was sold to Cross Media Marketing in 2001. Prior to LifeMinders Mr. Chapin helped design the first credit card data warehouse as a Vice President for First USA Bank from 1995-96. From 1993-95 he served as an associate for McKinsey and Company. Mr. Chapin served in the Navy from 1985-90, as the Secretary of the Navy’s liaison to the House of Representatives and as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard USS Doyle (FFG-39) in two deployments to the Persian Gulf. Mr Chapin graduated from the US Naval Academy (1985,BS with Distinction), Harvard Business School (1993, MBA with Distinction), and Georgetown University (1986, MA).

February 3, 2007 – DigitalSports, a New Media Company providing unprecedented coverage of Local Sports & Activities, today announced that it has secured funding with Novak Biddle Venture Partners and True Ventures. While terms of the funding were not disclosed, the company did announce that Jack Biddle – Principle of Novak Biddle and John Burke, Principle of True Ventures have joined the Board of Directors of DigitalSports.

August 28, 2006 - DC Youth Sports Network to be provided DigitalSports program. DigitalSports announced today that a new web site and a number of tools and systems will be provided to the DC Youth Sports Network as part of an initiative by D.C. leaders to provide D.C. youth with an affordable, efficient and accessible youth sports program.

August 25, 2006 - Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) becomes an active community with DigitalSports. Effective August 24, 2006, the MIAA will be provided the tools and systems for presenting their sports and activities programs. The MIAA, one of the nation's most prestigious private school conferences, will have access to DigitalSports' systems and tools, all of which are designed to support the MIAA's mission.

August 23, 2006 - Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) joins the DigitalSports family. The IAAM and DigitalSports today announce the joining together of the two organizations to continue the deep and rich tradition of one of the nations' premier private school conferences in America. DigitalSports will be providing the IAAM with latest in technology tools and support, while supporting the mission and vision of its outstanding programs that have been the trademark of the IAAM member schools.

August 20, 2006 - DigitalSports announces the addition of Scott Stump as Senior Editor and Area Coordinator for the Shore Conference in Ocean and Monmouth county, New Jersey. Mr. Stump was previously Senior Sports Editor with the Asbury Park Press, where he was repeatedly acknowledged as one of the premier sports writers in the area.

August 16, 2006 - DigitalSports launches its new streaming video program. DigitalSports rolled out its latest streaming video system that allows schools, teams, activity programs and others to upload, store and retrieve a library of video content.

August 14, 2006 - DigitalSports opens new market in Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey. DigitalSports is pleased to announce that its program will be actively operating in Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey, where 48 High Schools, and all Youth and Club Organizations will be provided access to its website systems, tools, resources, scholarship and revenue share programs.

July 21, 2006 - DigitalSports announces it has awarded its first ever Media Scholarship to Terrence Porter, a senior at Roosevelt High School in Washington, D.C. The DigitalSports Media Scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated extraordinary skills in the fields of photography, media, and/ or journalism; and who have contributed content through their High School, Team, or Activity DigitalSports website. Mr. Porter will be attending the University of the District of Columbia in the fall, where he will be pursuing Graphic Design

July 2, 2006 - DigitalSports announces the creation of two scholarship programs. Effective immediately, all active DigitalSports territories will be eligible for participation in two scholarship programs - The "Applause" Scholarship and the "Media" Scholarship. The "Applause" scholarship recognizes the hard work and achievements of eligible high school seniors who performed extremely well in the classroom, and in either sports or extracurricular activities, while at the same time overcoming challenges and adversity in their lives. The "Media" Scholarship recognizes the efforts of eligible high school students who contribute significant content to their school, team, or activity website in the DigitalSports program. The content can be in the form of streaming video, streaming audio, photography, and journalism.

June 27, 2006 - DigitalSports is pleased to welcome Patrick Toland to the DigitalSports Team. Mr. Toland will serve as the Company's Director of Media, with responsibilities including the implementation of all streaming video programs and products; as well as audio broadcasts, and state of the art photography systems. Prior to joining DigitalSports, Mr. Toland was the co-founder of Toland Technologies, owner of one of the country's largest High School Football websites.

January 13, 2006 - Carlos Escaffi joins DigitalSports as Chief technology Officer. Mr. Escaffi will be responsible for all technology at DigitalSports™ Inc. He is a visionary and a result oriented Senior Information Technology Executive with over 19 years of professional experience. He has a proven track record of planning, developing and implementing leading-edge technology solutions for startups and Fortune 500 companies. Former Vice President of eCommerce and Back Office Systems - AOL, Inc. Former Vice President of Business Applications - Earthlink, Inc. Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer - OneMain.com. Principal Consultant, PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Escaffi holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from University of Baltimore; a M.S. in Management Information Systems.
