No. 10 — Dominion Takes Dulles
Loudoun County, Virginia — Titan senior DeAndre Albritton fires a half-court heave — .01 seconds too late — as Dominion (15-5, 11-1) won its first-ever Dulles District basketball title, beating Potomac Falls, 66-55.

No. 9 — Chen Twins Own Podium
Montgomery County, Maryland — Churchill girls swimming trailed powerhouse Walter Johnson all meet until Cathy and Karen Chen placed first and second in the 100-yard breaststroke, respectively, giving the Bulldogs their first-ever Division 1 Montgomery County swim title.

No. 8 — Chasing History
Montgomery County, Maryland — Churchill senior Chase Hicks slips backdoor for a one-handed jam on the night he was honored for being the Bulldogs’ first-ever 1,000-point scorer. Hicks finished with a game-high 24 points in Churchill’s 64-42 win over Gaithersburg.

No. 7 — Woodbridge and Hylton Host Block Party
Prince William County, Virginia — Woodbridge’s Raphiael Putney (2) and Deonte’ Hallums join C.D. Hylton’s Carlton Johnson to break out the grill, hot dogs and music and throw a block party to remember on Tuesday.

Johnson   Hallums    Putney 1    Putney 2

No. 6 — Raider in the Water
S.M.A.C., Maryland — Leonardtown senior Brittany Culpepper put an exclamation point on her weekend at the S.M.A.C. swimming championships on Saturday. She broke her own meet records in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:08.94) and 200-yard IM (2:17.57) in leading the Raiders to the conference title.

No. 5 — Riddle Me That, Who’s Afraid of the Mat?
Prince William County, Virginia — Woodbridge 112-lb wrestler Isaac Riddle gets a third-round pin to take the Cardinal District championship on Saturday. Riddle was one of seven individual champions for Forest Park, who ran away with the team title. Then, Riddle applied for a job at DigitalSports.

No. 4 — Beam Me Up
S.M.A.C., Maryland — In a one-point win over Chopticon, Lackey senior Rashad Beam coasts in for an emphatic two-handed jam. The Chargers are 16-2 this season. That fact was added because the first sentence was too short, especially for a play ranked fourth.

No. 3 — Billy Quest for Four
Northern Region, Virginia — Lake Braddock senior George Billy won the Patriot District title (119-pound) with progressively-faster pins in his three matches. Billy won the 103-pound state title at Robinson as a freshman, the 112-pound state title as a sophomore in Nebraska at Boys Town High — where he was 34-0 — and the 112-pound state title at Lake Braddock last year. He entered his senior season with a 133-8 career record.

No. 2 — McDonald Super Sizes Scores
Prince William County, Virginia — Osbourn Park senior Megan McDonald won three individual events — bar, beam, and floor — en route to an all-around Cedar Run District title. She scored a 9.625 on beam as the Yellow Jackets took the team title.

No. 1 — Larson Leap
Loudoun County, Virginia — In the Raiders six-point overtime win over the Spartans, Loudoun County senior Tyler Larson breaks ahead of the pack and rises up for a contested throwdown. Plus, a Joe Bushrod sighting for your viewing pleasure.
